There is a large fully fitted and finished bathroom with walk in shower, large bath, sink and loo. A large sitting room, kitchen and outhouse space for bikes, storage, pottering etc. Free wifi is on. There's also a LOT of long established garden (approx. 450 sqm) on three sides of the house with a pear tree, plum tree and apple tree, the garden does need a sorting (please help yourself), but is nicely rustic and secluded. If you like a bit of gardening, please go ahead! Off street parking is available as well as quiet safe parking outside. I am also keen for you to use the rest of the house, don't feel confined to the bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, gas hob, old butlers sink, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and masses of storage including two old pantries.
