About the household
This is a live-in landlord arrangement. I’m a busy solicitor and am out of the flat quite a lot, so the successful applicant will have plenty of privacy and their own space.
I’m looking for a clean, respectful and considerate flatmate who is independent and takes pride in keeping the shared areas tidy.

The room would ideally suit a student, mature student or working professional. I’m looking for someone who is regularly out during the day rather than someone who works from home every day.

Ideally, someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going, and who is looking for a comfortable home rather than simply somewhere to stay.
Students and working professionals are welcome. The main requirement is that you are considerate of the shared space and have a lifestyle that works well with the household. Unfortunately, this wouldn't be suitable for someone who works from home every day.
