I’m looking for a housemate I can connect with, not just live in the same house with, so someone with similar interests and lifestyle would be ideal. I like travelling, eating out, Pilates, going for walks, F1, tennis, Love Island and an Iced Matcha. It’s a 2 bed house with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, a separate toilet, garden and lots of parking. Beaulieu is a nice area to live with lots of green spaces, a few local cafes, a nice restaurant and good bus service into central Chelmsford. I have a small dog and would consider somebody with a dog but no cats or other pets. It is a home rather than a party house share and the room is for females preferably.
