I’m a quiet, tidy, and considerate live-in landlady looking for someone similar to share my home — someone who values good communication and treats the property as their own.

• Ideal for one person (not suitable for couples)
• Well behaved pets may be considered

• £780 per month (one month in advance)
• Deposit: £800 (refundable, held for damages)

I’m approachable, friendly, and enjoy a good laugh and a bit of banter, but I also really value peace and harmony at home.
