The flat is a clean, cosy and well-maintained home, and I’m looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate female lodger who would enjoy living in a peaceful and friendly environment.

Ideally, a full-time working professional who is reliable, clean, respectful of shared spaces and considerate of other people’s privacy.

This is a home for someone looking for a comfortable place to live in a quiet and friendly environment.

House rules:

- Single occupancy only

- References from a previous landlord and employer required
- Proof of employment and recent payslips required

I’d initially prefer a three-month trial arrangement, with the possibility of a longer-term agreement if we are both happy with how things work out.
