I'm looking to rent my room out in my house, it's a nice clean home, with a lovely landscaped cottage garden, very quite area close to shops and a park as well as walking distance to 2 pubs, 3 Resturant's also a retail park.
There is off-road parking without any restrictions just to be considerate of others when parking not blocking drive ways or access.
The property is a no smoking home.

The house was renovated in 2020, have had a couple of lodgers so soon to be redecorated.

Strictly no pets considered due to already having pets, your belongings are to be kept in your room, there will be space in the fridge freezer, a cupboard in the kitchen plus space in the bathroom cupboard also.
