Hi everyone,

This is Hankun Li (Hank), an Imperial College student. I am moving to Germany for a research project in early March, so I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract at Lightfoot Hall.

This is an OFFICIAL tenancy takeover through the accommodation management (safe & secure).

----------Location (SW3)----------
Address: Lightfoot Hall, Manresa Road, Chelsea, SW3 6NA.

For IC Students: Only 3 mins walk to IC Royal Brompton Campus and 15 mins walk to South Kensington Campus.

Lifestyle: Located just off King's Road. You have a Waitrose nearby, plus endless restaurants/cafes nearby. You can easily choose cooking by yourself or dining out.

----------About the Room (Twin Ensuite)----------
Type: One bed in a Male Twin Ensuite (You will be sharing the room with another male student).

Private Bathroom: Ensuite shower and toilet inside the room.

Accessories & Furniture:
1. One bed (1 of 2) with storage underneath.
2. Study desk & chair.
3. Wardrobe and shelving units.
4. Microwave and fridge.
5. High-speed Wi-Fi.

Building Facilities: Public kitchen with ovens, cabinets and fridges. Common room with TV. Laundry room, and 24/7 security/reception.

----------Price & Date----------
Current Rent: £219 per week (All bills included: water, electricity, heating, internet).

Council Tax: Exempt (Students Only)

Availability: From March 6th to September 5th. And of course you can rent it for longer. Better take place before mid March. Tenancy takeover later than early May is currently not acceptable for me.

Special Offer: Once the tenancy commenced and you move in, I will return you £200 to £600 directly. The amount is up to your tenancy. If you can take over the room before mid March and cover my left tenancy, you can get £600 back. Otherwise, the return amount will be decreased, minimum £200.

----------Requirements----------
Must be a registered male student (for Council Tax exemption).

Imperial College student preferred, but students from other universities are welcome.

The current roommate is a quiet friendly guy, so looking for someone respectful.

----------The Process----------
The tenancy will be transferred officially via Lightfoot Hall.

I can show you the room via video call (WhatsApp) or in person if you are in London.

Interested? Please message me with a brief intro about yourself!

Cheers, Hank
