The room has a double bed, comfortable mattress, double glazed big window, geraniums on the window sills.
Very clean, damp free, noise free.
It has deep cupboards, Large wardrobe, small desk, chair. It will hold 2 large suitcases.
The bed can be positioned differently around the room, if you don't like it as it is now; the photos will give you an idea of the place.
If you need it for a long term, you can bring your own desk/drawers, if it helps you.
All the bills: such as gas central heating: electricity, internet, and the cleaning are inclusive.
Sharing the flat with one person only, live- in owner, straight bloke, rarely use the kitchen, there is your own fridge/freezer, washing machine and essentials in the kitchen, all for your own use.
I have lived here for 25 years. On my 50s.

Love gardening, and there are communal gardens here, which I have created myself during the years. Love reading and visiting Sotheby's or Christie's at weekends.
I prefer someone that has a work routine, its punctual ;and one whom I can trust when I leave my flat for other business/pleasure.
There are many top draw eateries ,and bars, parks and gyms around.

If you have your own home, and need it on a Monday to Friday only basis, it is possible.
