The room has double bed but it takes almost all space it has,
it is quiet, looking for the quiet type.
Last flat mate was the best ever, and still getting to terms with how to replace a good friend, not just filling up the room, looking for that specifically in many respects. Mon to Fri, it's fairly comfortable for both parties concerned.
Must comply with all health and safety regulations, no parties please, after 11pm it's respect the neighbours, they will always be my neighbours, after you have left, likewise I belive I have earned their respect.
The area around the estate it's an "affluent" one, with orchards lined back gardens, groves and park streets, with wealthy folk flashing up their wealth, which in turn attracts the occasional mugging, seen live many time during the years, if you are a proper walker it's inevitable.
Around the eastate we keep it safe. we use gardening as a "levelling up" to avoid the "class tourists" trap.
Close to all amenities, public transport, very convenient for Royal Marsden hospital, Chelsea and Westminster hospital, Royal College of Art(across the river), V&A museum, Royal college of music Kensington Gore etc. .
You have your own fridge freezer in the kitchen, free to use the kitchen anytime,
There is a washing machine, clean cooker oven, microwave. Nothing fancy. It's small, reflecting on the price.
Non smokers only/not vaping sorry.
No space for bikes.
Not for couples.
No deposits.
All bills inclusive.
