Hey guys, I'm an incoming LLM student (21 years old) at the Uni of Law and my flatmate has recently dropped out, this is a lovely and safe location in Chelsea. I need someone to fill in her spot urgently as I'm moving by the end of this month!

For context, I love a night out but also a chill night in, I'm quite hardworking when it comes to my degree so I do have a very good balance in terms of an academic life - during peak exam time you will see me quite locked in (there's a separate study room in the flat!), I'd ideally like to be friends with my flatmate instead of living there separately - I do enjoy my independence but I'm down to hang out. The flat has 2 toilets (one with a shower, one without), there's a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
