Hi, we are friendly couple with a 5 year old boy, our new arrival 5 weeks old boy, and very friendly Labrador. We would love to have someone to share space with us. Simply it is more homely when more people Is around and it is nice to have chat and good laugh at times. We do respect everyone's privacy at the same time. We both are working full time, I am atm on maternity leave and for mext few months i will be always around to look after our sons We got big lounge/ dinner with access to the good size garden which is sheared. ( in fairness when little one is home he feels like a owner of the lounge -toys everywhere :) ). Kitchen is quite big and well equipped. There is space on the drive for one more car and area is nice and quite. With lots of local shops around and bit further asda/aldi/Lidl/sainsbury etc.
If you are interested get in touch. Single person 600£ and couple 750£. We looking for someone who will look after the house together with us.
Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, small bedside table and TV stand. Viewings highly recommend.

We are ok with tenent adjusting the room to their needs as long as futniture isn't affected by it.
