I have a furnished double room to let in a clean and tidy house. Freshly decorated, the house offers a spacious kitchen (where you can have sole use of a large cupboard), shared living room and off-road parking. Council tax, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi bills are all included. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, a particularly picturesque village situated in the heart of the Cotswolds National Landscape. All the essential amenities are close by, including a supermarket, sports centre/gym, and post office. Cheltenham is only 25 minutes away and the nearest railway station (with trains to London) can be reached in 15 minutes; Oxford is within 45 minutes too. The village (which is not so small now) has several lively pubs with quiz nights and there are several local clubs and societies you can get involved with too, ranging from various sports to amateur dramatics.

Naturally, I’d like a lodger who’s reasonably clean and tidy but generally I'm easy going and easy to get along with.
