Welcome to my 3 bedroom house in leafy Chessington. I have 3 bedrooms of varying size which will all be available in November. I am looking for 2 - 3 lodgers for my master bedroom, medium double bedroom and small double bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed and 3 trundle drawers, a chest of drawers, a vanity table, a large wardrobe and bedside table. The medium bedroom and small bedrooms can both be furnished with double beds, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom consists of a large shower, toilet and sink which is exclusively available for the sole use of lodgers, whilst I have my own shower/bath in the same room and separate sink and toilet in a separate space. The kitchen fridge-freezer and kitchen cupboards and drawers are all exclusively for the use of all lodgers with the exception of the cupboard under the sink, used for cleaning products. There is a Puure water filter availble for all to use attached to the kitchen tap. Shared access is available to the combined lounge/dining room, conservatory (in need of some repair) and the very long garden. I don't drive but I have a driveway which can be rented via JustPark, although I am open to other possible arrangements. If you are friendly, respectful, clean, tidy and also like your own space, we could be compatible. As this is a non-smoking household, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside but considerate smokers are welcome to use the very spacious garden. A washer dryer is available for use and WiFi included. There are currently no TV facilities available, including no TV licence but this is permitted to be arranged independently by a lodger if desired. All bills are included. I am open to a couple renting a combination of 2 bedrooms, with a possibility of arranging a reduced price. Couples wishing to occupy a one room are welcome for an additional £150 per month.
