This cosy home has lots of charm and is bright and sunny. Recently redecorated, it has a large kitchen kitted out with all the utensils and appliances you’ll ever need. It is a quiet but friendly house with privacy for those sharing. We like to be as green as possible, so recycling is important to us and everyone mucks in with the cleaning. There are solar panels on the roof.

The room has a bed which can be used as a single or double, has a desk and loads of storage. There is a walk-in wardrobe. The room has 3 windows . The carpet is new and you are welcome to bring some character to the room with your own belongings.

Whilst there is a shared bathroom and loo, there is also a downstairs loo and the girl upstairs has her own shower. I generally shower down at the health club so in the main, the shower is yours.

We all love to use the garden in the summer. You are welcome to help with the gardening if you wish.

There is off street parking.

Chessington has easy access to London and is about a 10-minute drive to junction 9 of the M25. Chessington South Station is walking distance and Surbiton station is a short bus ride away and both have trains directly into Waterloo. From Surbiton, there are fast trains that can take 12 minutes and slower trains in about 20 minutes. There is a bus into Kingston.

The home is a short walk to Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s and other convenience shops. There is a Lidl close by. Waitrose and M&S food are a short bus ride into Surbiton.

Kingston Town Centre is a lively town with cinema and large shopping centre including the Fenwick Centre and John Lewis.

Kingston upon Thames is among the top 5 safest boroughs in London

Chessington is located between London Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport and both are accessible by public transport or car.

Healthcare provision is particularly good in the borough. Kingston Hospital has really good ratings and the local surgeries are also very good.

Richmond Park and Bushey Park accessible from Kingston and there are several nice walks nearby.
