I have lovely first floor apartment with a double room to rent in a modernised Georgian Grade II listed with myself, a laid back live in landlord and Ebony my 4yr old black lab cross. I am a physio and have a clinic on the street and train for triathlon.
The area is really quiet and you literally cant get closer to town.
The room has a kingsize bed and mattress, desk and ergonomic desk chair
There is a communal garden at the back and space to park in a secure carpark.
Bills are included, flat has usual amenities dishwasher, washing machine.. although no tumble dryer currently.
Unfortunately due to parking space restrictions a small to medium sized car is preferable
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Mark & Ebony
