Currently looking for a short term tenant for 3 months as we have a tenant expected in September.

We are situated on a quiet road, one minutes walk to the train station which is just at the top of the road. The train goes direct into Liverpool and has one change to Chester.

Within two minutes walk there are shops and services including a Tesco express, cafes, bars, takeaways, pubs and the local Hooton tennis club.

There is a shared living room and kitchen with everything you will need. There is a tumble drier in the outhouse and a garage for storage.

There is a garden situated out the back which is perfect for sunbathing in the summer and drying your washing. The driveway has off street parking for two vehicles.

All bills are included in the rent on the understanding that they are capped at £50 per room. This means if the bills go over £150 for the month, the additional will be split evenly between the tenants. However, this shouldn't be necessary if everyone takes care.
