Six ensuite rooms in a newly refurbished house on Rice Lane, between Liscard and Egremont in Wallasey. You'd be among the first tenants since the refurb, and every room has its own ensuite shower room. The three first-floor rooms also have their own kitchenette.
All bills are included in the rent, so you make one payment a month.
The shared kitchen and dining area has a breakfast bar, two sinks and new appliances. The house has gas central heating and double glazing.
Safety: the house has a mains-wired fire alarm system and emergency lighting, both installed and certified in August 2026. It also has a current gas safety certificate and a satisfactory electrical report (EICR) from September 2026. EPC rating: D.
Getting about: the 433 bus to Liverpool city centre stops on Liscard Road. The 411 and 413 to Seacombe and New Brighton stop on King Street, around the corner. Liscard's shops and supermarkets and Seacombe ferry terminal are nearby.
Each room is furnished and is for one person. No smoking inside the house. Pets: please ask.
The house suits professionals working in Liverpool or on the Wirral, and everyone is welcome to apply, including people receiving benefits.
Costs: the rent shown for each room, with all bills included. The deposit is £250 if you have a guarantor, or one month's rent if you don't, and it's protected with the TDS. A holding deposit of £100 applies once you're offered a room. There are no fees.
How it works: send a message with when you'd like to move in and which room you're interested in, and we'll offer you a viewing time. After that come referencing and a rolling tenancy signed online. No rent is taken before the tenancy is signed.
