I have a terrace house in the village of Ince outside Chester. It is a three bedroom house and the occupant will have a double bed in a large room. However I must advise that the house is difficult to get to via public transport so a car is a necessity. Further I have 14 dogs as I am a small show kennel and hobby breeder - dogs live both inside and outside the house. The house is in the process of being renovated so from time to time there will be some work going on. As the Landlord is a female pensioner - lodger must be female.
