Hi,
I am currently living in this accommodation and I have a job which is a bit far from my current accommodation so I want to leave Tramways and move to somewhere which is close to both my University and Work area. I am leaving only because of this reason.

I have a contract here that is ending on 31 August 2024 so if anybody wants to get into this accommodation for this time period (this is also extendable) in my replacement he can contact me. The year-to-year extension is possible easily you can always extend your stay on a yearly basis. But for 1-2 or a few months extensions you have to confirm from reception. It's also possible but it depends on the amount of people willing to move in.

The room is perfect for a single person. The room has a joint washroom, table, chair, Bed, heater, and a shared kitchen which is shared among the the flatmates. The TV lounge is also available along with an entertainment area which includes PlayStation, an 8-ball pool, and a TV for movies which can be used by any tramway residers. Moreover, you can also use their free gym as well. All of this is included in the payment along with bills and broadband.
For drying and cleaning washing machines are also available inside the premises which can be used for 2-3 pounds. Vending machines to buy drinks and snacks are available inside the premises.

Overall the room is very neat and tidy. It has a great location just outside the train station and bus station. The city center is on a 5-minute walk away here you can find anything TESCO, Home Bargain, Banks, and Halal shops, and all other shops are on around 5-10-minute walking distance.

Tramways is overall secure, camera protected, and closed gated and you just need your automatic room key to access everything here.
