Double room becoming available in Chester on 4th September in a spacious house with a bathroom and separate shower room. Clean tidy house with professional landlady who is is pretty chilled out. I have a miniature Cockerpoo called Coco, there is a child gate on the stairs Coco is not allowed upstairs which is carpeted at all. Putting the room up for rent as grown up children are both at University from September 2026. The house is cleaned every two weeks by a cleaner and the garden is looked after by a gardener every couple of weeks.
I teach Pilates and work in rehabilitating people from a clinic room at home and in the community.
Bills are included but would ask that someone is eco where possible.
