Small but very comfortable double bedroom available in a quiet, clean house in Hooton. The bedroom has a clothes rail, under bed storage, a bedside storage unit and smart television on the wall not pictured.
The house is right at the start of the Wirral country park which is great for running, cycling and walking and goes all the way to West Kirby. Hooton train station is only 5 minutes walk from the house and has main lines into Liverpool and Chester with trains running every 10-15 minutes and there are great links to motorways nearby with the M53 being just a 5 minute drive away.
Upstairs there is a good sized bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath and there is also a toilet downstairs too.
Downstairs there is a large living room and kitchen which is equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine and double ninja air fryer and there is a decent sized garden to the back with a seating area.
