The house is an Ex show home in perfect condition. Peaceful location, near a lake. super comfy king size bed private bathroom right next to your room. Which is just for you. We are looking for a female lodger to share our home.

We have a small , but very nice south facing garden with a lovely dining set, sunloungers and a swing chair. We also have a bbq which you can use.

Guest parking. Great location for city centre (23 min level walk) or we provide a bike for you. Similar distance to the hospital and Rolls Royce.

Spend time with us or keep yourself to yourself whatever you like.

There is a bus stop about 1 minute away which takes you to the city centre too. All bills included.

We are a friendly, laid back couple intetested in sharing our home with friendly, interesting people who will treat our property like it is their own home.

My wife is from Chile so a warm welcome awaits you. You might even pick up some Spanish while you are with us!

We have hosted international students for many years and for the last 4 years interns at Rolls Royce from Germany and doctors from Greece and Hungary. We are still in touch with our lodgers and they have come back to visit and stay with us even though they have returned to their countries.
