Comfortable, warm, well-decorated single bedroom in a quiet house close to Chichester town centre, train station. Excellent mattress, bedding, and storage: chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair. WIFI included. Access to kitchen five hours/day.

Large family bath/ shower room shared.

Walk everywhere: Chichester Cathedral, University, College, Chichester Festival Theatre, St Richard's Hospital, train/bus station. Rolls Royce is 2.5k.

This lovely room would suit a tidy person, who is a working professional (day time hours) or a full time student. Not suitable for working from home.

Bills are included and cleaning is £15. Common areas are cleaned weekly by my cleaner.

Kitchen/ dining available for breakfast from 7-9:00 AM and for dinner from 5-7:00 PM. Including clean up! Cold lunch on days off. Washing machine is available until 7pm. Garden, by request.

Overnight visitors are not allowed. Unless by prior arrangement on a B&B basis.
