Hello ! We are an older, friendly and easy-going professional couple (business owners) our kids have flown the nest so looking to offer a room in our home. Our house was built 2 years ago and we live on a nice, smart, new build estate just outside Chichester with one medium-sized male dog (very friendly!). Non-smokers only please !

We are offering a lovely double room furnished with bed/desk/built-in double wardrobe next to shower and bathroom with shared use of Kitchen and Lounge. Suit professional person / frontline health worker/ student. We are polite, kind and respectful and if that's you we'll get along just fine.

Great location, 15 min walk into the walled City of Chichester, lovely walks and nature reserve close by. Warm, comfortable house with all new appliances and fast, reliable broadband. All bills included.
