The ensuite master room (my room on the plan) is available now, due to unforeseen personal circumstances with the gentleman who was lodging in there. The room is a large south facing room with a lovely bay window looking out over fields to the front of the house, it comes with a super king bed, chest of draws, two bed side tables and a TV cabinet. The ensuite is small but have a toilet sink and shower.
Please be aware the furniture in the photos may differ from what's in there now.
We are looking for someone who works normal hours ish working from home is not an issue however a larger contribution to utility bills would be asked (more on this later).
So that’s the more boring stuff now on to the house details ect.
The house itself is a large semidetached with a large garden. The house has a bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs, and the master has its own en-suite. The bathrooms have just had all new flooring bath and toilet put in with fresh tiling and paint. A new kitchen was put in around a year or so ago as well. There is driveway parking to the front and back of the house as well as ample on street, broadband. Outside storage is available (please do mention if you would be using this.) There is central heating in the house and very good insulation meaning the cost of heating is reasonable in the winter. The council tax, water, sewage and broadband etc will be included in the price of the room but electric and gas are not. Typically, you would be looking at around £30-£50 a month for this but obviously this will vary on usage and time of year ect.
A little about us, Tom who works as a plumber so is out of the house most weekdays, he also has family in the area so does often spend evenings with them. David who is lovely and work shifts Monday -friday so you might not see a whole lot during some weeks. We are all friendly but respectful, we socialise in the main areas as well as sometimes disappearing to our rooms for some peace and quiet alone, that being said we are looking forward to meeting some lovely people. We also have two Yorkshire terriers at the property next door that do visit. We get along very well with our neighbours and often socialise with them at weekends, both houses are working people in there late 20’s early 30s so someone similar might be a good fit, that being said the main characteristics we are looking for are someone chilled out and clean. I don't mind smokers but there is no smoking in the house or room. Everyone interested would ideally be 21 or over but as long as you are friendly, clean and interested just give us a call I would love to here from you.
