Room available in my family home in which I live.
The room is a small double with a garden view, furnished with a sink and a shared bathroom.
The house has a large living space, kitchen and garden which is available to use. Rent includes all bills.
Presently there are 3 people in the house, a young couple and myself.
A little about myself, i have lived in Selsey for nearly 20 years, bringing up my 2 children. I work for a local charity, running a community garden and involved with lots of wildlife projects in the local area.
