This is a quiet household in peaceful cul-de-sac location within very easy reach of Chichester city centre and A27. Roughly a 30 min walk along the canal or 10 min drive into the city centre.
This is a quiet, relaxed family home for myself and my daughter (plus 3 very friendly cats who are both outdoor and indoor pets). We are looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful of a quiet evening routine. While we value a peaceful environment, we're very friendly and always happy to stop for a chat!
(Strictly non-smoking home).
Perfect for a single working professional or contractor needing a comfortable, quiet weekday base while returning to their main home on weekends. You'd be welcome to leave your things in the room over the weekends, there may be rare occasions that we'd need to use it over the weekends but we'd use our own bedding on those occasions and advance notice would be given.
Advertised as Monday–Friday (typically Sunday evening to Friday noon), with flexibility on specific days by prior agreement.. Space for one extra car on the driveway.
