I have a brand new, lovely flat near Hainult station. There is 1 bedroom available to rent- I am a live in landlord, but travel often so the flat will be free for your own use on regular occasions ( hence the price!)
The flat is brand new, all furniture is also new- its about a 10 minute walk to the station (Hainault) which is the central line and gets you to stratford in about 20 minutes!
Excellent for working professional who is looking to be close enough to London but enjoys the quietness to reside in.
I am looking for someone who is considerate, clean and easy going.
I'm open to short lets and/or longer term, so can be flexible.
