Large house in London E4 Five minutes walk to the forest but just over 20 mins to Liverpool Street from HP station and around 30 mins to Oxford Circus!
We have the usual things – dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, all new appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen / dining room / snug is large with a breakfast bar and extending table. There is a separate front living room too.
The house and location: It’s in Highams Park / Chingford Hatch and has 3 bathrooms, a small rear garden, side entrance in a quiet street with free parking, close to local supermarket and shops.
It’s close to several different parts of Epping Forest so lovely for walks.
All rooms are recently refurbished and finished to a high standard. The living spaces are beautiful including a separate front room which will be used for meditation, yoga and other group activities as well as chilling.
Things we are particular about – being considerate and honest; welfare of the animals (2 elderly house cats – and a rescue Staffie - see photo.). Anyone living here must love animals and be kind and supportive of the furry residents. If you have a dog that's friendly with other dogs and cats they would be welcome here too. The garden is small - if you like gardening you are welcome to help keep it tidy or maybe grow some vegetables.
