Looking for a female roommate in West London (Chiswick Village) 🏡✨
Hi everyone! My current roommate is moving out to find somewhere more affordable, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room and rent.
📍 Location: Chiswick Village, West London (behind Gunnersbury Station)
📅 Available from: July 4th
🗓️ Long-term stay preferred (until July 2027)
💷 Rent: £1,150/month (but can potentially be reduced to £1,050 — my landlord is very understanding)
💡 Bills:
Water is included (we don’t pay for it)
Electricity is around £20/month (top-up meter, lasts a long time)
WiFi is £20/person/month
I’m preferably looking for a female student who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’d love to have a roommate who feels comfortable at home — we’ll have our own space, but I wouldn’t mind becoming friends too 😊
