We are Sandra, Patricia, Claire and a lovely dog, Alma. We are professionals that work on Finance, Education and Photography industries.
We have been happily living in this flat for 2 years, but one of us is now moving out.

We are open on doing plans together as flatmates, as we want to call our flat home, but we are also very respectful and independent.
We are looking for someone respectful, friendly and most importantly, clean and tidy.

ABOUT THE FLAT: the flat is in a residential area at Chiswick, just near the Chiswick House and Gardens and the riverside walk (amazing for walking or riding) and 15 minutes walking to Chiswick High street. The area is nice and green. There are also gyms and amenities around.
Tubes are at a 15 minutes walk (Barnes Bridge, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green, Chiswick Station) and there are also lots of buses around.
Chiswick travel zone: 2.

There is also lots of free street parking, so it's great if you have your own car.
The flat has 3 doubles and 1 single (which we use for working, storage, etc, so that there are only 3 people living in the flat). It is a large, clean and bright flat that has 2 balconies, 1 bathroom, 1 separate wc room, 1 kitchen and 1 communal living room.

ABOUT THE ROOM: I'ts a double room that comes furnished with a walk in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and 2 beside tables. If you wish you can fit your desk in the room.

The price is 890 PCM + bills. Broadband and TV license (there is one TV in each room) is included in the rent. Electricity, gas, water and council tax have to be paid monthly.
Bills have been around 80-100 (including council tax).

Please, be aware that there is a dog in the house. She is a very friendly, calm, loving and quiet dog, she barely barks or makes any loud noises (except the noise of her tail when she gets excited to see that you are back home).
