Wifi - £56.80 / 4 = £14.20
Water - £68 / 4= £17

So that’s £126.04 each in total

This was last month but gas and electricity vary!

Deposit of 2 weeks (£500) to be provided once happy to take the room, the remaining amount (£373) to be paid upfront before staying. Can be flexible on dates just send me over a message!

A cosy double room with plenty of natural light available to rent for 3 months in a 4 bed spacious flat. (Note these images taken in the middle of winter I’ll update them when I get home from my travels!)

You will be sharing with 3 females (27-32) all really friendly people. Everyone respects the shared rooms and cleans up after themselves 🫧
