This is a spacious home shared by just three people, with plenty of communal and private space.

There is a large kitchen-diner, separate comfortable lounge and garden, and the house is right next to a park with tennis courts.

We also have a regular cleaner, helping to keep the shared areas clean and well maintained.

Excellent transport links, with Turnham Green Underground station (Zone 2), the E3 bus route and Overground services all within easy reach.

Central London and the West End are easily accessible, as are Kew, Richmond and Heathrow; as well as Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush (Westfields).

Chiswick is a lovely green and leafy area while still having a lively neighbourhood feel.

Chiswick High Road is close by, with a great choice of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and cinemas. There are plenty of parks and green spaces locally, the River Thames is within easy reach, and there are several gyms and fitness clubs nearby, including David Lloyd.

We are a friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy female professional household. There will only be three people sharing the home, and it is generally quiet with plenty of space and privacy.

We enjoy being sociable and having a chat, but equally respect each other's independence and personal space.
Our previous lodger lived with us for five years and has only recently moved out after buying her own property. We are therefore hoping to find another female professional who would similarly enjoy making this their home.

We are looking for someone friendly, respectful, trustworthy, clean and tidy and considerate, who would be comfortable in a relaxed professional household.
