Hi everyone.

I am renting one of the rooms in our property. Property is two bedrooms flat.

Few words about me :I am a 33 years male Bulgarian. I currently do run my own business in development sector. I can speak on a three different languages: Bulgarian, Russian, English. Mostly of the time during the day I am out ,but sometimes I do my office work from home so I would like to be respected.

My hobby is tennis(when I have free time )

Potential tenant will have a access to bath and toilet as there are two in the flat. There is nice kitchen and living room which can be shared.
