The accommodation comprises a generous double bedroom and a private bathroom with bath and shower. These rooms are on the top floor of the house and therefore very private – the only other room on that floor is a spare room which will not be let out. The room is comfortably furnished, and all bills, including Wi-Fi, are included.

The house is on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in one of the most convenient parts of central Chiswick, with Turnham Green Terrace at one end and Chiswick High Road at the other. Turnham Green Underground station is around three minutes’ walk away, as is High Road House, with the best shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities of Chiswick immediately on the doorstep.

The lodger would also have shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden.

This would particularly suit an independent professional looking for a quiet, comfortable and beautifully presented London home rather than a conventional sociable house share. We are looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful of a family home, and would hope to find someone who values privacy and a calm living environment as much as we do.

We are a professional couple (one English, one Italian), with a 17-year-old daughter who is at boarding. school during the week. We have a very friendly small dog and cat. There are no other occupants.
