We have a room available in a large and comfortable flat shared with three other people: two girls and one guy who is usually only around one or two days a week.

The flat is spacious and fully equipped, with a large kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms.

The location is great for transport, zone 2, with both the District and Piccadilly lines nearby, as well as plenty of bus connections.

We’re looking for someone to move in from early November, ideally aged 30+ who, like us, has a busy lifestyle and doesn’t spend too much time at home. We’d prefer someone who mainly uses the flat as a comfortable base rather than spending most of their time here.

Rent and bills: The rent does not include bills, council tax or the cleaner. The overall monthly cost is expected to range from £750 to £800 during the winter months, depending on gas usage.

Requirements: The person must have the legal right to rent in the UK (Right to Rent).
