This is a perfect opportunity for a non-smoking, vegetarian female who seeks a stable and sober environment. We have 2 bathrooms and toilets, a garden, a lounge and usable basements for storage.

The room is a quiet double on the second floor of our mid-terrace. It is furnished with double bed, cupboard, a desk and curtains. Rent is £370pcm.

Bills are separate and range from £70pcm in summer to about £160cm in winter based on metre readings. There is a deposit of £370, returnable at the end of the tenancy. The cleanliness of the house is average. We are all very independent but like to have a coffee together and often hang out while cooking meals. One or two of us are into yoga, meditation and activism. We'd prefer someone in their late 20s to late 30s, although a mature younger person may be considered. Must be in full-time employment or full time Student with full Student Allowance.
