The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, 2 bathrooms, a large garden, a communal lounge & all mod cons (2 washing machines, dishwaser, 2 tumble dryers etc.) The property has fast 300Mb fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout.

We are doing viewings evenings during the week, and at the weekend Saturday and Sunday. I am looking for friendly easy-going & sociable tenants, male or female. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term and no fees.
