Looking for 2 people to move in with me over summer from June 26th (ish) to September 12th in a beautiful 3 bed house in Chorlton with great tram links and buses to get the centre of town 🙂

Would prefer young professionals/ postgraduate students + people who like cats! + ofc need to be clean and respectful!

Room 1 (smaller of the two) ~ £725/ month available from 15th June - 15 Sept

Room 2 ~ £800 (in the video)/ month available from 26th June - 15 Sept

All Bills Included (Wifi, Gas&Elec and Water)

Council Tax separate (Band B: £1800/ yr) -
(as I am a student the 2 occupiers will be responsible for this cost if professionals and not students)

A little bit about me:

I like gigs, climbing and going out for a pint but also a chill movie night with the house. Currently doing my masters in Digital Business which finishes in September

Looking for someone who has a similar vibe and wants to enjoy summer in Manchester. can give my best recommendations to newcomers :)
