I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2 bed maisonette in central Chorlton. Room is super roomy, comes with bed with comfy mattress and it's own bathroom on the top floor. Decent flat, I've got most things but room for your stuff also - there is a really big storage space also. Balcony from my room leads into lovely garden shared with flat below, veg patch at the end so great if you're into gardening. Flat is just off beech road and next to Carringtons wine shop which is handy. You'd be sharing with me, 32, work in environmental policy and studying a masters in rewilding. Like climbing, running, permaculture, cooking nice vegetarian food. I'm pretty busy with work and uni but like the idea of sharing the occasional dinner or watching a film. Council tax band B.
