Sharing facilities with landlady, three year old and small dog. We are used to lodgers and like to share the space fairly. We are also away at least one long weekend in 4.

Sorry, no couples or pets. As we are at home for some of the day, this space would not be suitable for people working from home.

Room contains a full size double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Desk can be provided. The house is a 3 bed with a lounge, dining room and kitchen, so there's plenty of space for everyone. There's also a large garden. .

The house is conveniently located for most things. It's in between West Didsbury and Chorlton, There is plenty of parking near to the house and it's ideal to get onto the M60/M56. 15 mins to nearest tram stop 5 mins to the bus stop.
