Our housemate will be moving onto pursue their university studies and we are looking for another female housemate to rent the room (has a 32inch smart/dvd TV) in a relaxed, quiet & friendly house which has a small shared bathroom, 2 toilets, large lounge, conservatory, galley kitchen and a large decking area in the rear garden. There is a choice of drive/road for parking. The house is less than a 5 min walk to the nearest metrolink station (BMR stop), 10 minute walk to Chorlton centre and a 5 minute walk to the Mersey Valley. We also have adopted 2 rescue kitties too to complete our homeshare. All bills are included. The room is £420 per calendar month. Deposit of £400 required. Short term lets considered- minimum 3 months. We're very flexible and happy to do virtual and or physical viewings.
