Sociable and friendly mixed shared house. Room available probably towards the end of October (current tenant waiting for transport to take stuff back to France). The house is beautifully maintained and we all look after it! 7 mins from tram stop. Slap bang in middle of Chorlton.
I am often told this in a unique household (in a good way!) and tenants tend to stay for many years! Preferred age, 30+. We all get on really well and do spend social time together but enjoy our independence too!
