Sociable and friendly mixed shared house. Room available probably mid October (current tenant waiting for house to come through) The house is beautifully maintained and we all look after it! 8 mins from tram stop. Slap bang in middle of Chorlton.
I am often told this in a unique household (in a good way!) and tenants tend to stay for many years! Preferred age, 30+. We all get on really well and do spend social time together but enjoy our independence too!
