This is a perfect opportunity for a non-smoking, vegetarian who seeks a stable and sober environment. We have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a garden, a lounge and usable basements for storage.

The room is a mid-size on the second floor of our mid-terrace. It is furnished with double bed, drawers, a desk and curtains. Rent is £370pcm.

Bills are separate and range from £80pcm in summer to about £160cm in winter based on metre readings. There is a deposit of £370, returnable at the end of the tenancy. The cleanliness of the house is average. We are all very independent but like to have a coffee together and often hang out while cooking meals. We have mixed interests: meditaiton, chess, sports, movies. We'd prefer someone in their late 20s to late 30s, although a mature younger person may be considered. Must be in full-time employment or full time Student with full Student Allowance.
