I am looking for someone to join myself and another tenant for a 6 month max rental period in Chorlton. Couples welcome though price will adjust based on landlords discernment.
The property is in a brilliant location for enjoying chorlton and Manchester in general with close links to bus and tram into city centre and easy access to local ammenities.
The room available is a really good size and south facing so gets lots of light. The rest of the house is in good condition with a fully furnished lounge, fully equipped kitchen, an additional front room and a back room that can be used as an office space by any tennant if they wish.
New tennants must be pro lgbtq, blm and palestine. You'll be joining myself (Matt he/him) and Sarah (she/her). I've lived in the property for 6+ years and Sarah has just recently moved in. I work in the arts as a production manager and Sarah is working on a post doc.
The rent is 500 not including bills, with bills coming roughly to £130 each a month which includes wifi, gas, electric and council tax (band B).
