I have a spare room available from the 1st June in Chorlton, we are both LGBTQ and quite easy going, we cook for each other every so often and either spend nights in gaming or watching TV or going out for a drink nearby (loads of bars within 100m distance).
I own a fair few guitars which I keep hung up around the living room (if you were thinking of learning to play or just improving you're in luck!) and a piano!
I have an outside patio which connected to the kitchen, its a sun trap, great for eating outside when its warm.
Washer and dryer (utility room), CT is band C. Have parking space.
