I’ve got a room going in a cosy two-bed flat in Angel, right near the canal. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Angel station and really well connected, especially if you’re heading into east/north London.

The room comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. The flat also has a comfortable living room with all the usual bits you’d expect.

I’ve been living here for the past 5 years and it’s been a great spot. The landlords are easygoing and quick to sort anything out when needed.

A bit about me – I’m a 33-year-old Kiwi and have been in London for over 7 years now. I work in visual merchandising for an Australian retailer, usually splitting my week between 2 days at home and 3 in the office.

I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, clean, and up for the odd hangout, but also respectful of each other’s space and downtime.

Bills are roughly £150 each pm.
