Hi everybody,

4th person needed for a Hoxton flat share - room available from March 8th.

The flat consists of 2 Aussies and one Brit, all professionals in our twenties/early thirties.

We are a sociable bunch - chats in the kitchen/occasional trips to the pub etc are welcomed - but as there is no living room we do generally live separately for the most part.

The location is a real strong point in terms of accessibility to Central and East London. We're a 10 minute walk to Old Street station, half an hour to the river, and within easy reach of Broadway Market, Vic Park etc.

Rent is inclusive of ALL bills. The landlord is a total gem - issues are dealt with promptly and, more generally, she subverts the evil landlord stereotype in admirable fashion.
