A lovely double room in my beautiful flat just became available from the 9th of February ,but dates are flexible.
In a very quiet residential complex by Essex road,5 minutes walk from the beautiful Cross Street , Upper street, and Camden Passage.
The monthly rent is £950 all bills included. Cleaning is not included but can be arranged for a small fee. Nothing else to care about. There is also a small deposit that has to be paid to secure the room.
It comes fully furnished with a double bed and 2 sets of drawers, a desk and and open wardrobe.
The flat has a bathroom with handheld shower and bath and a spacious eat-in kitchen and dinning space with modern appliances (separate washing machine, electric hob) with plenty of storage .There is also a bike shed downstairs.
You would be sharing the flat with me only. I am a professional working in Art. Spend long hours out. Love to do plenty of things after work like going to the gym, cinema, drinks and various events for my firm. That is why is very important for me to keep a good vibe in the house, nice and tidy, to feel at home after a hard working day.
I am looking for a female, non-smoker, in her 20s or 30s. The room is for single occupancy only, It is a quiet flat and I would like someone who can contribute to that rather than having regular visitors. Also someone goes to work during the week and that likes going out and about and enjoys the city rather than someone that stays in all the time.
No pets are allowed please. And in order to create a tidy environment we can take turns to do the cleaning. There is not much to do butt let's keep it tidy! If you think you are a good fit, please contact me for a viewing.
