Our current flatmate is moving out, so we are looking for a friendly and tidy person to join our home. The room is a large, bright double on the ground floor, with plenty of space for a bed, desk, and storage. It also benefits from direct access to a private garden, perfect for relaxing or working outside in warmer months. The flat includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely shared garden with seating.

The flat is on the ground floor, making access easy, and is spacious, well-lit, and fully furnished with a clean and comfortable living environment.

The location is excellent (EC1V, Zone 1) with great transport links: Angel Station (Northern Line) is around an 8-minute walk, Old Street Station (Northern Line & National Rail) is about 10–12 minutes, and Barbican (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan lines) is around 12–15 minutes away. There are also multiple bus routes nearby. The flat is just a short walk from Exmouth Market (around 5 minutes) with great cafes, restaurants, and bars, and close to Upper Street/Angel for shopping, gyms, and nightlife. Several supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Co-op are all within walking distance.

You will be living with a PhD student (26, female) and a working professional (25, female). We are friendly, respectful, and keep the flat clean – it is a relaxed home rather than a party flat.
